Weberdry Bitumen Latex (5kg)

The bitumen latex paste can be applied to slightly damp surfaces and forms an elastic, waterproof layer for durable waterproofing of plasterwork, masonry, concrete, drywall, steel, and wood. It is rainproof after 90 minutes. The product is mainly used for sealing edge joints and waterproof pre-treatment of foundations on the exterior. It is also suitable for roofing, roof penetrations, gutters, and underground concrete and masonry.

Note!

• Do not apply below 5°C or above 25°C.
• Do not use on floors and/or walls on the inside (with negative water pressure).

Usage

Preparation
The surface to be treated should be free from grease and dust. A slightly damp surface is not a problem.

Mixing
Stir the weberdry bitumen latex well before use.

Application
Apply with a brush or airless spray. After approximately 12 hours, apply a second layer. The product becomes rainproof after 90 minutes.

Finishing
A second layer can be sprinkled with gravel or grit immediately after application to make it more resistant to foot traffic.

Cleaning
Clean tools immediately and thoroughly with water, dry product with turpentine.
