HR Facade impregnation cream

HR Facade Cream for impregnating both existing and new porous substrates, brick, natural stone, calcium-sandstone, plasterwork, and aerated concrete. With HR Facade Cream, you can easily impregnate your facade by applying the impregnation product with a block brush. This facade impregnation product from HR Gevelproducten has an active substance content of approximately 25%. HR Facade Cream provides durable performance for 15 years.

Available in 12.5 and 5-liter containers.

HR Facade Cream is used as an impregnation product for:

• Existing or old brick facades or masonry.

• Paving, garden tiles, decorative paving, tiles, and terraces.
• Chimneys.

Application: To achieve the best result, follow the steps below:

1. Remove loose parts in the facade or masonry, such as joints and stone chips.
2. Repair joints and cracks before applying the impregnation product.
3. Clean the surface with a pressure washer or brush.
4. Then, let the cleaned surface dry completely. The surface should be as dry as possible and free from cleaning product residues.
5. Apply the HR Facade Cream with a block brush or fleece roller. Note: Apply continuously without interruption.
6. After impregnating, the treated facade or masonry should dry for at least 30 minutes. Be cautious with rain. Postpone the treatment if rain is expected. Wind and strong sun may cause the solvent to evaporate too quickly, limiting penetration. Calm, dry weather is recommended. The initially white layer of HR Facade Cream will disappear completely within 10 to 20 minutes after application.

Consumption (indication): Depending on porosity, approximately 0.15–0.20 L/m². The consumption must always be at least 0.15 L/m². The application temperature for HR Facade Cream is between +5 and +25 degrees; below +5 degrees, the product evaporates very slowly. The effectiveness, depending on weather conditions, will develop after 1.5 to 2 weeks.

Clean used tools (brush, paint/fleece roller, etc.) with water.
