HR Concrete Impregnation Cream

HR concrete impregnation cream is an impregnating cream specially designed for concrete, which can be easily applied with a block brush or roller and has a durability of at least 15 years. Available in 5 and 15-liter packaging.

Application HR concrete impregnation cream is primarily used as a deeply penetrating water-repellent and primer for both existing and new concrete, reinforced concrete, and precast concrete in residential construction, commercial construction, etc.

Substrate Before impregnation, contamination such as dirt, salt efflorescence, or algae must be removed to achieve optimal results. Cleaning agents used to clean the substrate must be completely removed.

Application process To achieve good results, the following steps should be followed:

1. Remove loose pieces such as broken concrete.
2. Repair concrete rot and cracks.
3. Clean the substrate with a high-pressure washer.
4. Allow the substrate to dry thoroughly. It should be as dry as possible.
5. Apply the HR concrete impregnation cream using a block brush or fleece roller. The cream should be applied continuously without interruption.
6. Protect the treated substrate for at least 30 minutes from rain. Wind and direct sunlight will cause the product to evaporate too quickly, reducing penetration.
7. The initially white layer will disappear completely after 10 to 20 minutes.
8. The consumption should always be at least 0.15 l/m².
9. The application temperature should be between +5°C and +25°C. Below +5°C, the product evaporates very slowly. The effect, depending on weather conditions, develops after 1.5 to 2 weeks.

After use, clean tools such as brushes, paint rollers, etc. with water.
