HR Floor Impregnation (Concrete Floor)
Ideal for Concrete Floors!
HR Floor Impregnator (water-based) provides long-lasting protection for all concrete, clay, and cement-bound porous surfaces. This eco-friendly impregnating agent makes surfaces water-, oil-, and dirt-repellent without altering their color or slip resistance. Thanks to its formulation based on oligomer siloxane and silane, it is ideal for mineral, dry substrates.
Ready-to-Use and Eco-Friendly
HR Floor Impregnator is ready to use, even on concrete or mortar that is at least 3 days old and slightly damp. It does not affect plastics and is both user- and environmentally friendly. Additional benefits include deep penetration, an odorless formula, and undiluted application. The treatment also remains effective over a long period.
Instructions for Use
For optimal and waterproof results, follow these 7 steps:
Ensure the floor is free from coatings or wax layers.
Repair joints and cracks to restore the substrate.
Remove any loose parts from the surface.
Clean the substrate a few days before treatment and degrease it thoroughly.
Check for moisture; the surface must be able to absorb the impregnating agent properly (see consumption table). Make sure the temperature is at least 3°C.
Avoid splashes on glass and immediately remove any spilled liquid with a suitable cleaner.
Apply the impregnating agent generously and spread any excess liquid with a mop or brush. After a few minutes of absorption, remove the remaining product with a squeegee. Avoid puddle formation!
Drying Time:
The surface is water-resistant and slightly walkable within 30 minutes. Clean tools and glass immediately with water or a degreaser.
Consumption (indicative per m²)
Concrete floors: 0.25 liters
Concrete tiles & paving stones: 0.35 – 0.6 liters
Terracotta: 0.7 liters
Fired paving bricks: 0.25 liters
Natural stone: 0.7 liters
Power-troweled concrete floor: 0.1 liters
Safety Information
Keep out of reach of children.
When applying by spraying: respiratory protection (min. A/P2 filter) and eye protection are required.
Wear suitable gloves and protective clothing.
Dispose of leftovers in the original container in accordance with local regulations.
Fully emptied containers can be recycled.
Do not dispose of in household waste, drains, or sinks.
